Mockney

The mockney potrait is of my dad. I like the object one better because i made some of the pictures transparent and i think it looks unique.

  1. Clever is making something mundane interesting in a photo. Is it important that you hold your camera straight and pay closer attention to your composition if you are able to accomplish the virtuosic feat of being silly and complex, as you have done here? I would keep the flash just as you have it, but I would reshoot the photograph so that the eye doesn’t slide to the piece of pattern on bottom right. Using a tripod can help. I favor this image versus the portrait because a stronger, composition will allow the viewer to concentrate on the strongest aspect of this work: your clever conceptual sense and your humor. The portrait is out of focus and dis colored.
